Our Claims Perspective

We engage with program managers that have affiliated Third Party Administrator (TPA) entities, provided their capabilities and expertise meet our standards. We will also appoint our own independent TPA in cases where our Program Managers do not own a TPA. We generally handle large, complex claims that meet certain pre-defined criteria internally via our Large Loss Desk.

We believe understanding the unique nuances of the claims associated with each of our programs is a key to our success. This can only be accomplished by the creation of a strong partnership with our TPA, fostered by close, daily interaction and development of our expertise in the specific industry niche we are writing. That is why an internally appointed, seasoned RenRe Insurance claims executive is chosen for each program we write.
