Commercial Property Insurance Product
As an authorized agent we offer commercial property insurance with capacity up to $10 million. Our insurance carriers are rated “A” by A.M. Best. We also have direct access to Lloyd’s of London. We approach catastrophe underwriting from a technical standpoint, and are supported by sophisticated and highly-regarded modeling capabilities, consistent with those utilized by our ultimate parent company, RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.
Target Market
Our core business consists of primary or low excess layers within the first 25% of the program structure. Our preference is US-domiciled accounts, but we will consider non-admitted and/or incidental foreign exposures.
We have a broad risk appetite but we are not a market for:
- Municipal or school schedules
- Garden style apartment, condominium, or residential healthcare schedules
- Stand alone builders risk
We have capacity and interest to write accounts ranging in size from middle market through national schedules. We provide all risk protection, but for accounts located in tier 1 or critical earthquake areas, we will consider all risk, DIC or single peril coverage.
