Neill A. Currie
President and Chief Executive Officer
RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.
Neill Currie was a co-founder of RenaissanceRe in 1993, and served as a Senior Vice President until he retired from the company in 1997. He re-joined the company in July 2005 as an Executive Vice President, to oversee the firm-wide marketing and client relations activities, as well as leading the Specialty Underwriting business. In November 2005, Mr. Currie assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., and became President & CEO in 2008.
Mr. Currie has most recently served as a director of Platinum Underwriters Holdings, and has been an active supporter of numerous nonprofit initiatives in his home state of North Carolina. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe in 1993, Mr. Currie was Chief Executive Officer of G.J. Sullivan Co.-Atlanta, a private domestic reinsurance broker. From 1982 through 1992, Mr. Currie served as Senior Vice President at R/I and G.L. Hodson, predecessors to Willis Group Holdings Ltd.
Fred R. Donner
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Fred R. Donner assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in July 2006.
Mr. Donner previously served as Senior Audit Partner and National Insurance Practice Leader at KPMG LLP, advising companies in the industry and overseeing the audit, tax and advisory services provided to the firm's insurance clients.
Mr. Donner is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University in New York.
John D. (Jay) Nichols, Jr.

John D. (Jay) Nichols, Jr. has served as our Executive Vice President since February 2003 and has served as President of Renaissance Underwriting Managers Ltd. since February 2000 and as President of RenaissanceRe Ventures Ltd. since October 2004. He currently oversees the business development and management of our Joint Ventures and Venture Capital businesses. Mr. Nichols joined Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. as a member of the Finance group in 1995.
From August 1990 through September 1995, Mr. Nichols held various positions at Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company where he was responsible for financial reporting and subsequently property claims. Mr. Nichols held various positions in Finance at Monarch Capital Corporation from September 1986 to August 1990, and was a Certified Public Accountant with the firm Matson, Driscoll and D'amico from June 1982 to August 1986, where he specialized in audits of business interruption insurance claims for insurance companies.
Mr. Nichols holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College.
Kevin J. O'Donnell

Kevin J. O'Donnell serves as the President of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd., and is responsible for the oversight and management of the Reinsurance business for the Renaissance group of companies, including Property Catastrophe, Ceded Reinsurance, and Specialty Reinsurance Underwriting. Mr. O'Donnell has served as a member of our Executive Management Team since April 2004. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President, responsible for leading the Catastrophe Underwriting and Ceded Reinsurance business. He joined the Renaissance group in 1996, and led the International Underwriting and Ceded Reinsurance business for the Renaissance group of companies.
Mr. O'Donnell has 15 years of insurance and reinsurance experience, including alternative markets, catastrophe underwriting and insurance derivatives and securitization. Prior to joining Renaissance, he was a Vice President of Centre Financial Products, Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Stern School of Business at New York University.
William J. Ashley
President and Chief Executive Officer
Glencoe Group Holdings Ltd.
In January 2006, William J. Ashley was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Glencoe Group Holdings Ltd., RenaissanceRe's individual risk business segment, which includes primary insurance and quota share reinsurance lines. Mr. Ashley adds the role of Chief Executive Officer to his existing roles as President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Glencoe Group Holdings Ltd. and each of its operating subsidiaries.
Mr. Ashley joined the Glencoe team in 2001 as Vice President on the Glencoe team. In his most recent role as President and Chief Underwriting Officer, he has been responsible for leading all operational and underwriting aspects of the Glencoe group, including program and reinsurance underwriting.
Mr. Ashley has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 12 years focusing on primary insurance. Before joining Glencoe, he was Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations and Risk Management at Benfield Blanch (EW Blanch), where he was responsible for the development of Blanch's catastrophe model, "Catalyst". He worked closely with clients to develop catastrophe exposure management plans and also developed techniques and tools for portfolio optimization. Mr. Ashley holds the CPCU designation and a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
Peter C. Durhager
Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Peter C. Durhager has served as our Chief Administrative Officer since June 2003. He is responsible for the company's global Shared Services division, including Human Resources & Organizational Development, Operations and Information Technology.
Prior to his appointment at RenaissanceRe, Mr. Durhager was President and Chief Operating Officer of Promisant Ltd., where he was instrumental in setting the strategic vision of the company. Prior to co-founding Promisant, Mr. Durhager was Chairman and CEO of Logic Communications Ltd. since its formation. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Millennium International Limited, a Bermuda public company that pioneered the introduction of Internet and advanced data communications services in Bermuda and the Bahamas. Mr. Durhager is also a Director of KeyTech Ltd. and The Bermuda Electric Light Company, Ltd.
Mr. Durhager holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky.
Todd R. Fonner
Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Fonner is responsible for leading the ongoing assessment of the overall risk profile of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. and works closely with business unit leaders to enhance processes to identify, assess, and manage business unit level risks. Mr. Fonner also has management and oversight responsibility of the investment portfolio of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd., and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Mr. Fonner joined the RenaissanceRe team in 2001 as Vice President and Treasurer, was appointed Senior Vice President and Treasurer in January 2006, and was promoted to his current position in August 2006. He has over 15 years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience, including his former positions of Vice President of Centre Solutions, and Manager of Strategic Planning for USF&G. Mr. Fonner holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Middlebury College, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
Stephen H. Weinstein

Stephen H. Weinstein is a Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel & Secretary of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. Mr. Weinstein joined the Renaissance team as a Vice President in 2002. He previously specialized in corporate law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, a leading international law firm. Mr. Weinstein has expertise in the legal aspects of capital markets and other financing transactions, corporate governance matters, corporate reporting and disclosure issues, mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, technology licensing and commercial transactions, as well as compliance and regulatory issues. Mr. Weinstein is a Member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is also a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School.
