Neill CurrieNEILL A. CURRIE
Chief Executive Officer
RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.

Neill Currie was a co-founder of RenaissanceRe in 1993, and served as a Senior Vice President until he retired from the company in 1997. He re-joined the company in July 2005 as an Executive Vice President, to oversee the firm-wide marketing and client relations activities, as well as leading the Specialty Underwriting business. In November 2005, Mr. Currie assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. He became President & CEO in 2008. Mr. Currie has served as a director of the Company since November 2005.

Mr. Currie previously served as a director of Platinum Underwriters Holdings, Ltd. Prior to co-founding RenaissanceRe in 1993, he was Chief Executive Officer of G.J. Sullivan Co.-Atlanta, a private domestic reinsurance broker. From 1982 through 1992, Mr. Currie served as Senior Vice President at R/I and G.L. Hodson, predecessors to Willis Group Holdings Ltd. Mr. Currie has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kevin J. O’Donnell serves as the Company’s President and Global Chief Underwriting Officer, with responsibility for the oversight and management of its reinsurance and insurance businesses. Prior to taking on the role of President of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. in November 2012, Mr. O’Donnell served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Underwriter from 2010, and Senior Vice President from 1999. He acted as President of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. from 2005, overseeing the Company’s Reinsurance lines, including Property Catastrophe, Ceded Reinsurance, and Specialty Reinsurance. Mr. O’Donnell has been with the Company since 1996, when he joined to lead the International Underwriting and Ceded Reinsurance businesses.

Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, Mr. O’Donnell was a Vice President of Centre Financial Products, Ltd., and an underwriter at SCOR. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Peter C. Durhager joined RenaissanceRe in 2003 as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He became President of RenaissanceRe Services Ltd. in March 2004, was promoted to Executive Vice President in February 2010 and serves on the Company’s Executive Committee. Mr. Durhager is responsible for the Company’s Global Shared Services division, including Human Resources and Organizational Development, Marketing, Operations, Information Technology and Administration.

Prior to his employment at RenaissanceRe, Mr. Durhager was a co-founder and Vice Chairman, President and Chief Operating Officer of Promisant Holdings Ltd., Chairman and CEO of Logic Communications Ltd., and President and CEO of Millennium International Limited. Mr. Durhager is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Ascendant Group Limited, a Director of KeyTech Ltd., and serves on the Advisory Board of the Centre on Philanthropy. Mr. Durhager holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky.

Jeffrey D. KellyJEFFREY D. KELLY

Jeffrey D. Kelly is responsible for the accounting, finance, control, financial reporting, tax, investor relations, Ventures and strategic planning functions of RenaissanceRe. He assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in 2009.

Mr. Kelly formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of National City Corporation from 2000 until his retirement from the company in 2008. He had also served in the additional post of Vice Chairman of National City Corporation from 2004. Mr. Kelly currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Progressive Corporation. He also served previously as a member of Progressive’s Board from 2000 until his resignation in 2009. Mr. Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Akron.

Ian D. BranaganIAN D. BRANAGAN

Mr. Branagan has served as Chief Risk Officer since February 2009 and as Head of Group Risk Modeling since 2005. Mr. Branagan joined the Company in 1998 to open the Dublin office, later relocating to Bermuda with additional responsibilities for underwriting risk and modeling across the insurance and reinsurance operations. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, he headed up Applied Insurance Research Inc.’s (AIR) international activities, which included the development and marketing of AIR’s cat models and tools. He also worked in the London market at DP Mann Limited, developing pricing and risks analytics.

Mr. Branagan has a bachelor of science degree in Economics and European Economic History from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Dana J. Cuffe serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, responsible for all aspects of Information Technology across the Company. Additionally, he is responsible for strategic oversight of RenaissanceRe’s operations in Ireland. Mr. Cuffe was appointed to RenaissanceRe’s Executive Committee in 2012.

Mr. Cuffe joined RenaissanceRe in 2009 having previously worked in the U.S., U.K., Australia and Asia managing geographically dispersed teams ranging in size up to several thousand members. He has held the position of Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer for TPG-Axon Capital, EGG PLC (now Citibank’s online bank in Europe), Credit Suisse and Global Asset Management. Mr. Cuffe obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law and his bachelor of business administration & master of business administration from the University of Miami.

Chief Underwriting Officer of European Operations

Mr. Curtis oversees the underwriting strategy, processes and standards for the Lloyd’s and European businesses of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. He was appointed to the Executive Committee of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. in May 2010. Previously, Mr. Curtis was Senior Vice President of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. in Bermuda, primarily responsible for underwriting the International and Retrocessional Property Catastrophe portfolios, along with responsibility for Ceded Reinsurance and involvement in the development of the Specialty Reinsurance lines.

Mr. Curtis joined RenaissanceRe in 1999 as a Catastrophe Reinsurance Analyst and has played a significant role in the ongoing development of the Company’s proprietary Renaissance Exposure Management System (REMS©) and its portfolio analysis methodologies since that time. Mr. Curtis earned a Master’s degree (Honours) in Mental Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh.

Aditya DuttADITYA DUTT

President, Renaissance Underwriting Managers, Ltd.

Aditya Dutt oversees RenaissanceRe Ventures Ltd. and Renaissance Underwriting Managers, Ltd. He was appointed to the Company’s Executive Committee in 2010. Mr. Dutt is responsible for structuring and managing all of RenaissanceRe’s catastrophe joint ventures, including DaVinci Re and Top Layer Re. He also is responsible for RenRe Energy Advisors Ltd., the Company’s weather and energy risk management unit, and directs RenaissanceRe’s portfolio of strategic investments and insurance-linked securities. Mr. Dutt joined the Company in 2008.

Previously, he was an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking division in New York and Hong Kong, responsible for executing strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital-raising for the insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Dutt was with Salomon Brothers in the corporate finance and fixed income departments in Hong Kong. Mr. Dutt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.

Todd R. FonnerTODD R. FONNER

Mr. Fonner serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer, and is responsible for the management and oversight of the investment portfolio and treasury function of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. Mr. Fonner joined the RenaissanceRe team in 2001 as Vice President and Treasurer, and was appointed Senior Vice President in January 2006. In August 2006 he was promoted to the position of Chief Risk Officer and Chief Investment Officer. In February 2009, he relinquished the Chief Risk officer role and in January 2010 resumed the role of Treasurer.

Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, Mr. Fonner served as Vice President of Centre Solutions, and Manager of Strategic Planning for USF&G. Mr. Fonner holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Middlebury College, and an master of business administration in Finance from the University of Chicago.

David Marra is Senior Vice President at RenaissanceRe Underwriting Management Ltd. with leadership responsibility for the Company’s specialty, international and assumed retrocessional property reinsurance business. Mr. Marra joined RenaissanceRe in 2008 as a Vice President. He was appointed to the Company’s Executive Committee in 2012.

Mr. Marra has over 15 years of insurance and reinsurance experience, including more than 10 years in the Bermuda reinsurance market. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of specialty lines underwriting at Max Re Ltd. and has also held various actuarial positions at Stockton Re and SAFECO/American States Insurance.

Mr. Marra holds a bachelor of science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Kentucky and is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society

Justin O’Keefe has primary responsibility for the underwriting and management of RenaissanceRe’s U.S. Catastrophe book. Mr. O’Keefe joined RenaissanceRe in 2004 as Assistant Vice President, was promoted to Vice President in 2005, and assumed his current position in 2010. He was appointed to the Company’s Executive Committee in 2012.

Mr. O’Keefe has over 15 years of experience in the industry, starting at E.W. Blanch Company in 1997, where he became Vice President, specializing in property catastrophe reinsurance. Mr. O’Keefe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

Jonathan Paradine is responsible for RenaissanceRe’s market research efforts in Asia. Mr. Paradine also serves on the Company’s Executive Committee to which he was appointed in 2010. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. and Chief Underwriting Officer of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd. In those roles, he was responsible for managing the underwriting strategy, processes and standards for the Reinsurance business unit of RenaissanceRe, including Property Catastrophe, Ceded Reinsurance, and Specialty Reinsurance lines.

Mr. Paradine joined the Company in 1996. He became a Vice President in 2002 and was made Senior Vice President in 2005, with responsibility for overseeing the U.S. Property Catastrophe book of business, working closely with the RenaissanceRe Ventures team to structure capital markets transactions and joint ventures. He has been instrumental in the development of the Company’s proprietary Renaissance Exposure Management System (REMS©) and its portfolio analysis methodologies. Mr. Paradine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen’s University.

Stephen H. WeinstienSTEPHEN H. WEINSTEIN

Stephen H. Weinstein serves as RenaissanceRe’s chief legal officer, with responsibility for legal, regulatory, government affairs and compliance matters on a global basis. Mr. Weinstein joined the RenaissanceRe team as General Counsel and Secretary in 2002 from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, a leading international law firm. Mr. Weinstein was Vice President until 2005, becoming Chief Compliance Officer in 2004, then was made Senior Vice President in August 2005. He has been a member of our Executive Committee since March 2006.

Mr. Weinstein, a frequent speaker on legal and regulatory matters, serves on the board of several industry groups and is a Member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He is a graduate of Columbia College and Harvard Law School.

Mark A. WilcoxMARK A. WILCOX

Mark Wilcox has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2006 and as Corporate Controller since April 2005. Mr. Wilcox was appointed to the Executive Committee of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. in May 2010. He joined RenaissanceRe in 2003 as a Vice President and Internal Auditor. Previously, Mr. Wilcox worked as a Senior Manager of Audit and Business Advisory Services within the Insurance Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Corporation (formerly NCNB).

Mr. Wilcox earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and has a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. He received the PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP Scholarship for International Business at Trinity College, Oxford. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
