Kevin J. O'Donnell
Executive Vice President and Global Chief Underwriting Officer
RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd.
Kevin J. O'Donnell serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Global Chief Underwriting Officer, with responsibility for the oversight and management of its reinsurance and insurance businesses. Mr. O'Donnell has served as Senior Vice President of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. since 1999, and has also held the position of President of Renaissance Reinsurance Ltd., overseeing the Company’s Reinsurance lines, including Property Catastrophe, Ceded Reinsurance, and Specialty Reinsurance. He joined the Company in 1996 to lead the International Underwriting and Ceded Reinsurance businesses.
Mr. O'Donnell has over 20 years of insurance and reinsurance experience, including alternative markets, catastrophe underwriting and insurance derivatives and securitization. Prior to joining RenaissanceRe, he was a Vice President of Centre Financial Products, Ltd., and also held positions at SCOR and Chubb. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Travis L. Lewis
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Travis is primarily responsible for information technology, predictive analytics, human resources, as well as other analytic projects and operational processes.
Mr. Lewis joined the RenRe Insurance team in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of technology, analytics and strategy industry experience, including his former positions with McKinsey & Company, Procter & Gamble, and The Home Depot. He holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Tim J. Graff
Senior Vice President
Mr. Graff is responsible for sourcing of new programs and program implementations. Additionally he manages our Property focused programs including our Homeowner line of business and our Partner underwritten Commercial Property Programs. Mr. Graff joined the RenRe team in December 2003 as Senior Vice President. He has 30 years of experience in the insurance business having started his career in London with Royal Insurance and then spending a total of 15 years with Alexander and Alexander including 4 years in their Middle East operation located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 4 years in their South East Asia operation located in Singapore and Bangkok, Thailand before relocating to run their Global Business Unit in Atlanta, GA. Tim also held senior management positions over a 7 year period with Oakwood Homes Corporation where he ran their insurance, reinsurance, loan servicing and customer service operations. Mr. Graff is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Kim Gibson
President
Agro National, LLC
Kim Gibson is the President of Agro National, a Managing General Agency located in Council Bluffs, Iowa which became part of the RenRe Insurance group in 2008. Agro manages and underwrites agricultural risk throughout the U.S. through a network of independent agencies and financial institutions, and offers Multiple Peril, Crop Hail, and other related Livestock and Crop Insurance products. Mr. Gibson has 27 years of crop insurance experience both in the U.S. and internationally, and has assisted in the development of crop insurance programs in Mexico, Africa and South America.
He has served as a Board member and a member of numerous national committees through the National Crop Insurance Services (NCIS), the major trade association for crop insurers worldwide.
He has extensive knowledge in all areas of the crop program including claims, underwriting, sales and customer relations, which has helped position Agro as an innovative leader in the crop insurance industry.
Richard B. Primerano
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Primerano is the Chief Financial Officer for RenRe North American Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing all accounting, finance and program operations activities for the company and works closely with the legal, regulatory and compliance areas. Mr. Primerano joined the RenRe team in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for the U.S. group. Prior to joining the RenRe Insurance, he was the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of the Canterbury Financial Group, an operating platform of Trenwick Group Ltd. Before that, Mr. Primerano was the Vice President and Controller of Chartwell Re Corporation. He was an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche in the Stamford, CT and Barcelona, Spain offices. Mr. Primerano holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut and earned his CPA designation in 1989.
Tracy H. Bowden
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Bowden is responsible for the legal aspects of RenRe Insurance operations. She is responsible for regulatory and compliance aspects of the Company. Ms. Bowden joined RenRe Insurance in 2003. She has more than 20 years of insurance experience working both in private practice and in house capacity. Ms. Bowden has a BBA in Accounting and a JD from the University of Texas at Austin.
Brian C. Stahl
Senior Vice President – Claims
Mr. Stahl is responsible for the Company’s overall U.S. Claims strategy, operations, and results. Mr. Stahl joined the RenRe Insurance team in February 2004 as Assistant Vice President, was appointed Vice President in August 2004, and was promoted to his current position in April 2009. He has over 33 years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience, including his former positions of President of M&S Consulting and Vice President of Royal & SunAlliance.
